Laser Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laser Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team in a brand-new facility. This position is responsible for operating laser cutting equipment, handling materials, assisting with warehouse operations, and ensuring products are manufactured according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, be comfortable reading a tape measure, and be willing to cross-train on various equipment and warehouse functions.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesOperate laser cutting equipment to fabricate parts according to work orders and quality specifications.Load and unload materials onto laser machines and ensure proper machine setup.Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality before moving them to the next stage of production.Read and interpret tape measurements to ensure precise cuts and dimensions.Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with production, assembly, and material handling tasks.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas as needed.Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing products for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.Cross-train on various warehouse machinery and production equipment.Support general warehouse and production activities as business needs require.Required QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor environments.Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Experience using hand tools and power tools.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Preferred QualificationsPrevious laser machine operator or CNC laser operator experience.Forklift experience or certification.Experience with material handling, packaging, or shipping/receiving.Construction, fabrication, or machine operation background.Why Join Us?Brand-new, modern facilityStable first-shift scheduleOpportunity for cross-training and skill developmentHands-on manufacturing and warehouse experienceTeam-oriented work environmentJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
