CMM Metrology QC Technician
Cleco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CMM Metrology QC technician, with 3 years' experience working in the steel fabrication and machining industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform product QC inspections with CMM 3-D Metrology Scanning System
- Perform metrology grade QC measurements
- Maintain QC records and Scan reports
- Working in shop production floor
- Maintaining Equipment
- Travel to project sites in the US and Canada
- Perform other duties that may be needed to achieve project success
Qualifications Required:
- Prior Experience as a Quality Control inspector with Metrology
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong in Technical / Mechanical skills / Math Skills
- Prior Experience working in Machine Shop & Steel Metal Fabrication Shops
- Proficient applicable computer software
- Multi Tasker / Troubleshooting Skills
- Experienced using 3D-CMM Devices
- Able to work independently at a fast pace
- Must be able to Lift and handle CMM Equipment
- Minimum High School Diploma and Technical School training in metrology
