Large-Batch Kitchen Process Operator

Sauer Brands, Inc. is hiring a Processing Technician – Large Batch Kitchen Operator in Lincoln, NE. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a schedule of Mon–Thu, 6:30 am–5:00 pm.

You will weigh ingredients, assemble batches, and maintain production documentation while coordinating with supervisors and other operators. Responsibilities include reading schedules, handling ingredients, operating pallet jacks, and ensuring safety and sanitation according to GMP standards.
