Desire for contractor to eventually convert to fulltime with SOMI. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan. Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule). Overtime and weekend work - Resource will likely work around 2 hours of overtime each week. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
