To support the development of large-scale English language proficiency assessments, the full-time Language Testing Specialist will create, review, and revise test items for WIDA ACCESS and WIDA Screener while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity. Key responsibilities Research and develop test items aligned to specifications while incorporating feedback from stakeholders Evaluate and revise test materials, providing constructive feedback to team members and external consultants Conduct qualitative analyses of student responses and maintain quality control checks of test items Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field Experience working with K-12 English learners in U.S. school contexts, particularly in grades K-5 Experience developing multiple choice and constructed response test items for K-12 students Proficiency in a language other than English Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
