Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM; occasional weekends as needed

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Manager/Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our landscaping equipment and vehicles. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and company vehicles.
• Manage shop operations, including tool organization, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Track equipment condition and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Order parts and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and job‑ready each day.
• Coordinate with crew leaders and management on equipment needs and repairs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a small engine mechanic and/or shop manager.
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic vehicle repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours and occasional weekends.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
