Landscape SupervosorResponsible for general landscaping duties and the supervision of landscaping employees. Landscape Supervisors must be able to complete all landscaping tasks, supervise a crew, maintain excellent customer service standards.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of landscapers in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standardsOversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repairCoordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, including site preparation, construction tasks, and planting schemesEnsure safety protocols are followed at all times during outdoor work and equipment operationConduct quality checks on completed work and provide guidance for ongoing improvementManage equipment maintenance and proper use of tools to maximize efficiency and safetySupport team members with training in horticulture techniques, lawn care practices, tree care, gardening, and general landscape upkeepEnforce safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and proper equipment operation.Serve as a contact for client feedback, project expectations, and site walkthroughs.ExperienceProven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fieldsHands-on experience with landscaping activities related to outdoor projectsFamiliarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and safety standardsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects effectivelyExcellent communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and clients alikeRequired Education High school diploma; a degree or certification in horticulture, agriculture, or landscape management is preferred.Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to pass a background screen.
