If you are a purpose-driven team player with a tenacity to learn, apply to become part of the flock today.Position SummaryThe Project Manager/Salesperson role at Franz Witte Landscape Contracting Inc, is integral to achieving success in the Installation (Construction) department and will be responsible for acting as the primary point of communication and coordination for clients throughout the duration of their landscape project.

This role ensures that the client receives clear information, timely updates, and consistent support from initial consultation through project completion.What You'll Do:Client Communication & Support Serve as the client's main resource for all project-related questions, updates and expectations.Maintain proactive, timely communication regarding schedules, changes, milestones and next stepsEnsure clients have a clear understanding of project scope, timelines and progressUpon completion of the project, ensure closeout documents are delivered and reviewed with clientProject Coordination Responsible for the smooth transitions of projects from design, through the sales process to production handoff for executionCommunicate material selections, design intent and scope details to production teams timely to meet project timelines and scheduleTrack Project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans and Franz Witte quality standards are being met.Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of project decisions, changes and communicationsEnsure progress billing milestones are identified, generated and collected if neededSubcontractor managementSite Oversight & Quality Perform regular site visits to observe work, confirm quality meets Franz Witte Standards and to address client concernsIdentify issues early and coordinate timely resolutions with the appropriate teamsCommunicate upcoming schedule details so clients understand what to expect throughout the entire building processScope & Documentation Management Assist with the preparation and refinement of scopes of work, proposal, and adjustments as neededManage revisions and change orders clearly and promptlyProvide supporting details to ensure consistency between design intent, work performed, and client expectationsInternal Collaboration Communicate clearly with production team, designers, and estimator to deliver the Franz Witte client experience standardSupport pre-construction planning to confirm readiness for mobilizationParticipate in team discussions to improve workflow and client experienceSupport Snow Removal Services during winter seasonOther duties as assignedAdditional Skills:Good communication skills; effectively communicate in English verbally and writtenProficiency with computer software; MS365 applications, AutoCAD, Landscape industry business management software (LMN, Aspire, etc.)Strong self-starter with the ability to work independentlyDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsTraits We're Seeking:Promptness: responds quickly, meets deadlines, and stays ahead of client needsClarity: communicates timelines, expectations, and changes with confidenceIntegrity: follows through on commitments and owns the client experienceService-Driven-Mindset: consistently prioritizes client needs and project transparencyLeadership: guides projects and relationships with purpose and accountabilityResourcefulness: anticipates challenges and provides well developed solutionsExperience Preferred: 2-years' experience in landscape construction installation or equivalent, familiarity with local codes and regulations preferredEducation: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.Benefits Offered: Medical, STD, Life, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Care, EAP, 401K, 529 Education Plan as a direct deposit, Paid Time Off, and Company Discounts.
