Project Manager – Landscape Architecture

Location: Annapolis, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects through master planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop design concepts, sketches, diagrams, digital graphics, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate internal design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, communication, and coordination throughout all project phases.
• Support permitting, project budgeting, resource allocation, and monthly billing.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing, business development, recruitment, and studio operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 4–6 years of experience in a landscape architecture studio.
• Experience with project management, construction documentation, and permitting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Vectorworks is preferred.
• Strong design, visualization, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for landscape design, horticulture, planting, and environmental planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.
