Job Title: Community Landscape Manager

Work Environment: Outdoor setting, 1,200 homes currently

Reporting Structure: Reports to the HOA Manager

Pay Range: $80,000 base salary

Annual Bonus: 5% of base salary

Health Benefits: Outstanding Health Insurance (PPO)

Location: Gainesville, FL

Employment: Full-time (projected start date: October 1, 2026)

Job Duties

1. 1. Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf, landscape design, and irrigation
2. 2. Must possess high standards of performance from team members daily
3. 3. Ability to manage a landscape team of 25 ppl.
4. 4. Strong communication skills
5. 5. Customer service skills with residents and team
6. 6. Strong health to withstand a Florida outdoor environment
7. 7. Outstanding work ethic, cleanliness, and organizational skills
8. 8. Proficient in a variety of mowing equipment, edgers, blowers, chemical applications, etc.
