Landscape Manager Opportunity

Company: Funyak Landscapes, L.P. Location: 247 Cashdollar Road, Mars, PA 16046. Employee Type: Full Time.

Starting Pay: $30+ per hour / $45+ O.T. Pay is negotiable and commensurate to experience and abilities. Signing Bonus: Yes.

Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. College degree in horticulture or related is advantageous. Minimum 5 years landscape crew management experience, including Spanish‑speaking crews. Bilingual English and Spanish required.

About the Job

Manage multiple landscape crews specializing in softscape installation across Western PA, oversee new and improved landscape projects, coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and training oversight while ensuring profitability. Must handle both English and Spanish speaking team members and possess horticultural knowledge for plant layout, installation and maintenance. Also general knowledge of hardscape elements, irrigation, lighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily landscape operations, coordinate crews, equipment, materials.
• Provide training oversight and ensure quality control.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Collaborate with team to install high‑quality landscapes while maintaining reputation.
• Develop and maintain profitable project schedules.
• Ensure safe work environment and compliance with safety gear requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish; experience managing bilingual teams.
• Minimum 5 years in landscape crew management.
• Knowledge of regional plants, softscape installation, hardscape elements, irrigation, lighting.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, tablets for company software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, leadership.
