Landscape Maintenance Worker

Earn $18.50 to $24 an hour based on your skills, with weekly pay, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Landscaping experience required (2+ years).

The job
Ride with a 2 to 3 person crew from our Kāhala baseyard to homes and commercial properties in East Honolulu, Mānoa, Kailua, and Hawaii Kai. Mow, edge, trim, blow, weed, and do light pruning. We care for some of Oahu's most beautiful high-end homes and luxury properties, so quality is a must: clean edges, clean beds, and nothing left behind. At day's end, unload and clean the tools.

What we offer

• Paid from clock-in to clock-out at the baseyard, including drive time between properties
• Weekly pay through ProService Hawaii
• Medical, drug, vision, and dental coverage, starting the first of the month after your first 4 weeks
• Overtime at 1.5 times your rate over 40 hours a week
• Performance and wage reviews at 1 month and 3 months
• Year-round, full-time work, not seasonal
• Training on equipment, plants, and our quality standards

You will do well here if you

• Have 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience and show up on time, every day
• Like working outdoors and with your hands
• Can lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay on your feet all day (reasonable accommodations considered)
• Take pride in a clean, finished property
• Have a driver's license (a plus, not required)

A typical day
Clock in at the yard at 7:00, load the truck, and head out on the route. Most days cover 2 to 4 properties, with 1 to 3 hours of detailed work at each, then return to the yard to unload, clean the tools, and clock out.
