In this role, you'll work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area.What You'll DoInstall landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clientsWork as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standardRepresent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer serviceOperate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditionsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not requiredWillingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsTeam player with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeBasic customer service and communication skillsAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
