JobSummary:

Overseeprojectsinanefficientmanner,managingcostswhilemeetingtheCompany’squalitystandardsandclients’expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Createprojectscheduleandensureprojectiskeptonscheduleandonbudget.
• Meetwitharchitects,clients,builders,subsasneededtocoordinateproject.
• Ensurematerialsorderedaretospecandwithinbudget.
• Providesubmittalsandprocurematerialstomeetschedulemilestones.
• WorkwithOperationsManagertoidentifyandremedypotentialscheduleandbudgetaryissues.
• Manageandapproveweeklyfieldlogsforaccuracybeforesendingtopayrollandjobcosting.
• Reviewandapprovevendorandsubcontractorinvoicesweekly.
• SendoutRFI’sasneededtoarchitectasquestions/discrepanciesariseontheproject.
• Haveacompleteandthoroughunderstandingofprojectplansdocuments,andLSK’s.
• Ensurecrewsarebuildingtospecifieddetails.
• Workwithestimatortoprovideestimatesandchangeordersforextrawork.
• Trackjobproduction&cost,basedonreportedlabor&quantitiesvs.estimated.
• ReviewandsubmitmonthlyAIAinvoices.
• Ensureprojectpunchlistitemsarecompletedontimeforprojectcloseout.

RequiredSkills/Abilities:

• Thoroughunderstandingofplantspeciesidentificationandknowledgeofplantvarieties
• Thoroughunderstandingofmachineoperation,toincludeskidsteer,mini-excavator,andlargermachinery.
• Thoroughunderstandingofmasonrytechniquesandvarioushardscapematerials,includingstone,concrete,andmanufacturedmaterials.
• Havestrongleadershipskills.
• Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithsub-contractors,clients,architects,andmanagement.
• AbilitytouseMicrosoftOfficesuiteandknowledgeofconstructiontrackingsoftwarepreferred.
• Organizationalskillsarenecessary.

EducationandExperience/Licenses:

• Bachelor’sdegreewith3to5yearslandscapeprojectmanagementexperienceorHighschooldiploma(orequivalent)and6+yearsoflandscapeprojectmanagementexperience
• Validdriver’slicense
• DOTCertificate(acquiredwithinonemonthafterdateofhire)
• OSHAsafetytrainingcertificate

PhysicalRequirements:

• Mustbeabletoworkinalltypesofweather,includingextremelyhotandextremelycoldtemperatures.
• Mustbeabletoliftto75pounds.
• Mustbeabletostoop,kneel,crouch,reach,andstand.
