Foreman PositionGreen View is a family-owned landscaping company in Central Illinois, running since 1955. We're hiring a Foreman to lead crews on landscape installation jobs including grading, patios, walls, and plantings on homes and businesses.What You'll Do:Lead your crew on installs: grading, excavation, pavers, retaining walls, and plantingsRead blueprints and plan out materials, equipment, and project phasesRun heavy equipment skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, sawsTalk with clients on-site and adjust plans in the field as neededMake sure your crew has what they need to get the job doneTrain new team members and enforce safety on-siteTrack materials, paperwork, and schedulesHelp with snow removal in winterWhat You Need:At least 3 years in landscape installation pavers, retaining walls, grading, plantingsStrong leadership skills, comfortable teaching others while staying hands-onClass C license (or willing to get one);
