Candidate Requirements
- BLA or higher from a US-based accredited college landscape architecture program
- 6+ years of experience at a professional design firm
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship of an H-1B visa
Responsibilities
- Leading Project Design and Documentation Process(es) + Project Teams
- Client Relationship Management
- Management of Project Procurement and Contracting
- Assistance with and/or Writing Pre-Project Proposals for Client Review
Skills
- Experience with Client Relationship Management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
- Preferred experience with LandFX, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, 3D modeling & rendering software, hand graphics
- Construction Observation Assistance or Direct Experience preferred
