- Provide expert legal counsel on land use planning, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance to clients involved in real estate development, municipal projects, and environmental initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on land use planning, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and related statutes to support development initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate land use agreements, contracts, and permits to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Represent the firm in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations with government agencies, clients, and community groups.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions. xhqgsiq
- 4+ years of experience in land use law
- 4+ years of experience in New Jersey Zoning Law
- Licensed in New Jersey
The salary range for this position is $140,000k - $225,000k based upon experience.
