And you can too, so bring your energy to ours.As a Land Representative Sr., you will be accountable for the protection, acquisition and negotiation of land and property rights for pipelines and facilities construction as you collaborate with company partners. You may lead teams or projects and will provide excellent customer service to resolve sophisticated problems that improve performance, efficiency and safety.

The ability to influence others, communicate and connect with all levels of the organization are keys to success!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you will quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Accounts for the negotiation, acquisition and management of land and property rights for pipelines and facilitiesCrafts budgets for growth capital and maintenance projectsMentors other land team members or contract supportCollaborates with legal counsel to develop, coordinate and maintain land-related contracts, write and approve legal descriptions and create and maintain other legal documentsDevelops and implements policies and proceduresRepresents the company in public hearings, meetings and other external eventsSupervises and supports large scale maintenance, operations, relocation, and abandonment projectsAnalyzes real estate developments and transactions; provides input and execution strategiesOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in oil and gas industry, land, real estate, or legalPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Senior Right of Way Professional certificationOther Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityNeeds proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skillsValidated negotiation skills#LI-KR2Why Choose Williams?We are committed to providing our employees with competitive compensation and benefits as part of your Total Rewards package to help protect your current and future physical, emotional, and financial health.
