Project Manager / Senior Project Manager For Land DevelopmentBGE, Inc., is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for Land Development in our Austin, TX Offices either North Austin (Louis Henna Blvd) or South Austin (Directors Blvd x 1-35) with some hybrid flexibility.Direct responsibility for projects and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for multi-family, residential, master planned, mixed-use, and commercial, and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other miscellaneous items.Serve as point of contact for clients.Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing.May supervise work of one or more Engineers or CAD Technicians.Other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.Registered P.E. in Texas.6-10+ years' experience.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and Word.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple municipalities.Experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities is preferred.BGE, Inc. is a nationwide consulting firm with over 1,200 employees across 25+ offices that provides services in civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, construction management, survey and environmental services for public and private clients.Flex time – Start from the hours of 7am – 9am9/80 schedule choice - every other Friday off - 3-day weekend every other week!Unlimited Sick LeavePersonal time Allowances (no vacation time deducted for Dr appointments, family care, 32-hour dependent care, etc.)Vacation Time: 0-5 years in industry 2 weeks' vacation, 5-10 gets 3 weeks, 10+ gets 4 weeks.Vacation Carry Over: 240 hrs vacation carries over to the next year.9 HolidaysMerit Based Bonus Compensation4% 401k Match with immediate vesting / 3% Safe Harbor contributionMedical, Dental, VisionMentorship programEmployee referral program for bringing great people into the BGE family.BGE is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
