As the Land Development Engineering lead for the Orlando metro, you will spearhead the growth of the McAdams Land Development Design practice. In this role, you will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers, municipal partners, and key regional stakeholders across Orlando and surrounding areas, while leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.As lead, you'll be accountable for operational excellence, project delivery quality, and business development results in line with McAdams' long-term strategic objectives.
