Lancer / Burner

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience using a torch to cut in an industrialized setting strongly preferred.
• This job entails using a five foot long torch to cut large unprocessed metal down to three foot pieces.
• Conscientious, safety oriented work habits.
• Evidence of a steady work history.
• To work in a hot environment for long periods of time while wearing several layers of fire protective clothing and other Personal Protective Equipment “PPE” including hard hat, face shield, and leather gloves.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Ability to work rotating 8 to 12 hr. shifts, Nights and Weekends included.
• Medical, Dental, Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance after 90 days.
• $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule: Rotating 8-12hr shifts / Nights and Weekends included.
