You'll be:Laminating composite components using specialized techniques according to drawings and Standard Work Instructions (SWI).Laying up composite materials on mandrels, wrapping molds in preparation for curing, and forming composite parts.Checking documentation for accuracy, reporting discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.Verifying materials used, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans, and signing off on completed work.Adhering to production schedules and time allowances to meet manufacturing requirements.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Are eager to learn and develop new skills in a manufacturing environment.Have little or no prior experience—just a willingness to be trained and work under close supervision.Can follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.Are able to work the 2nd shift and adhere to production schedules.Value teamwork and are comfortable reporting concerns and collaborating with supervisors.Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
