In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high-quality fiberglass components while working in a clean, safety-focused production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with resins and fiberglass, and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit.What You’ll Do as a Lamination Technician:Assist with spraying and milling gelcoat in the spray boothAssist with spraying resin and rolling out fiberglass materialsFollow lamination build instructions from EngineeringSelect precut fiberglass and core kits for each assigned partLay out required materials according to work instructionsMix catalyst, resin, and/or gelcoat according to manufacturer specificationsAssist with vacuum infusion of resin and monitor vacuum pressure, lines, and clampsMaintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety proceduresWork to meet or exceed company standard work expectationsWhat You Need to Bring to the Lamination Technician Role:High School Diploma or GEDPrior knowledge or experience with lamination, resin work, or related dutiesAbility to read and understand basic work instructionsStrong time management and ability to cross-train in various departmentsAbility to stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach during a 10-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in confined spacesMust pass dust and respirator fit testing (requires being clean-shaven)Why You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
