Production Machine OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team. This role requires following a detailed training plan within the Results Producing Management (RPM) Schedule and adhering to production priorities set by the Image Supervisor. You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work, ensuring compliance with process and product specifications, and maintaining statistical process control data.ResponsibilitiesFollow detailed training plans and production priorities as specified.Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications.Communicate any changes in production status and material inventory concerns to the department supervisor.Maintain statistical process control data collection chart.Collaborate with Waste Treatment personnel for compliance.Assist lower-level employees with set-up and operations, providing relief support.Acquire and improve knowledge of internal and external customer needs.Participate in quality or production meetings and contribute to process evaluations.Follow all company policies and departmental processes.Essential Skills3 – 5 years of experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.Proficiency in machine operation and production processes.Knowledge of electronics and chemical safety.Ability to operate lamination and coat machines.Experience with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.Competence in handling chemical environments safely.Capability to use reaching and pulling motions with arms/hands.Experience in maintaining compliance with waste treatment protocols.Why Work Here?Enjoy a full-time position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with company match.
