Job TitleBasic Function Cut apart laminated sheets using a razor knife. Inspect parts as they are completed.Specific Duties· Cut apart individual sheets after the lamination process.· When lifting premask rolls over 30 pounds it is required to ask for help.· Inspect laminated and pre-masked parts for quality.· Load and unload vacuum applicator.· Approve parts to give to next operator.· Record date, quantity, and initial operator on job jacket.· Count and package parts for shipment.· Label, type, and size of remainder rolls and return to shelf.· Keep immediate work area clean and orderly.· Other duties as assigned.Expertise/Training/Educational Qualifications:· Problem solving skills· Math, measuring and evaluation skills· Listening and communication skills· Organizational skills· Self-motivated to stay productive· Ability to read and understand product blueprints· Reading and comprehension· Manual dexterity in hands· Good eye for quality of product· Ability to follow directions
