To support a growing virtual clinic, the part-time Licensed Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) will provide high-quality lactation care and education through 20-minute video consultations, documenting encounters and collaborating with the care delivery team. Key responsibilities Provide virtual lactation care and support on various breastfeeding topics through video consultations Document encounter summaries in the practice management system, MPractice Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to address member needs and recommend in-person referrals when necessary Required qualifications Active International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential 5+ years of clinical experience providing lactation care and support 3+ years of experience delivering care through telehealth Ability to practice independently with all required credentials in good standing Commitment to providing empathetic, culturally humble, and inclusive care
