Laborer – Transmission Line Drill CrewCobalt Civil is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Transmission Line Drill Crew Laborer to support foundation drilling operations on transmission line and heavy civil construction projects. This position assists drill crews with site preparation, equipment support, material handling, and general labor duties in outdoor construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist drill operators and crew members during drilling operationsLoad, unload, and organize tools, materials, and drilling suppliesPerform general labor duties including digging, cleanup, and site maintenanceSupport equipment setup, mobilization, and daily maintenanceFollow all company safety policies and OSHA requirementsOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyWork closely with crew leaders and supervisors to maintain efficient operationsTravel Monday through Friday to project sites as requiredQualificationsConstruction or heavy civil experience preferredAbility to work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding workStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnValid driver's license preferredMust pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkPreferred QualificationsExperience around drilling equipment or utility constructionCDL or equipment operation experience a plusOSHA 10 certification preferredWork EnvironmentOutdoor construction environment with exposure to varying weather, uneven terrain, and heavy equipment.
