Note:
- This will be a shared role between two production labs.
- The first position will be June-August (8am Start Time) and the second position will be and the second position will be September-December (9 am start time, flexibility required to meet production schedule during peak season).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute PCR/qPCR reactions by combining assay mixes, controls, and sample DNA according to SOPs, exercising independent judgment where appropriate.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment and related lab systems in accordance with SOPs
- Maintain and organize oligo, reagent, and control inventories, ensuring outdated materials are removed, replenishments are available, and production demand thresholds are met.
- Perform routine lab support tasks including consumable management, restocking, cleaning, and general maintenance to sustain production readiness.
- Support high?throughput, time?sensitive production workflows by managing large sample batches, adjusting priorities as needed, and communicating issues or delays promptly.
- Demonstrate sustained attention to detail while performing repetitive, production?scale tasks and adhering to documentation and quality expectations.
