To support global validation and implementation efforts, the remote Laboratory Systems Specialist will manage data acquisition systems, execute GLP validation processes, and oversee system lifecycle management over a contract duration of 12-18 months. Key responsibilities Execute GLP validation processes, including document preparation and change control execution Draft standard operating procedures and support system implementation in collaboration with stakeholders Perform system analysis, define user requirements, and identify areas for process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of related experience within a CRO, Pharma, or similar environment Ability to influence resources and staff without direct reporting relationships Proficient in computer software, including MS Word, MS Excel, and databases Experience with data tools such as Excel Pivot Tables, Smartsheet, and Power BI
