Baptist Health Hardin is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead laboratory operations for our new Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) in Radcliff, Kentucky , opening soon!
This is a unique opportunity for a laboratory professional who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and team leadership. As a working supervisor, you'll play a critical role in establishing laboratory services, supporting Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Outpatient Phlebotomy operations while helping shape the culture and success of a brand-new facility.

- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of laboratory services
- Perform clinical laboratory testing while serving as the Technical Consultant
- Lead, coach, develop, and engage laboratory team members
- Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and quality compliance standards are met
- Drive staffing, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Partner with clinical leaders to deliver timely, accurate testing that supports exceptional patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related laboratory science field
- Experience performing and overseeing non-waived laboratory testing
- Two or more years of leadership experience
- Strong operational, team development, and problem-solving skills
- ASCP Certification or equivalent preferred
