We are a leading-edge medical laboratory testing company currently seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Job Description
- Responsibilities may include but not limited to supervision of staff, processes quality control, and overall production operation of the immunoassay department
- Assigns, oversees, and reviews the work of employees
- Directs all phases of work, quality, service, and costs
- Performs tests or assays as required. Supervisor will be responsible to
- Manage technical testing departments in a high volume reference laboratory
- Must be accountable and able to work with tenure staff.
- Supervisor will have 15-25 direct reports.
- Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills.
- Operate a personal computer
Qualifications
- Requires a B.S. /B.A. Degree w/1-3 years of experience.
- Must meet all State & Local licensing requirements for State of Texas
- Legal authorization to work in the US

- Pay Rate: DOE
- Shift:Tuesday-Saturday, 12AM-8:30AM
