Laboratory Supervisor: Blood Bank & Quality Control

LifeShare Blood Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the Scientific Services laboratory, coordinating workflow and ensuring quality procedures across basic to advanced tests.

You will manage staff, training, safety, and documentation, maintain SOPs, and ensure CLIA/FDA/AABB compliance while meeting budget and operational goals. Candidates must hold MT/MLS (ASCP) and CLP licensure, with 5+ years in blood bank or molecular testing; MB/SBB preferred.
