This position requires the ability to multitask, exhibit excellent attention to detail and follow the guidelines set by CAP and the OhioHealth Laboratory System. Great customer service a must with customers and staff. Candidate must be a team player and must work well with others and independently. Must have strong generalist with stellar core lab experience in a hospital setting. Bench will be chemistry, hematology/coag, urinalysis, & blood bank. Chemistry Instruments: Roche analyzers. Hematology Instruments: Stago for Coag, Sysmex for Hematology; Iris for Urinalysis. OhioHealth lab personnel will wear red scrubs and EMR is EPIC Beaker.
