As a Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, managing a team of skilled professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management : Lead and manage a team of laboratory professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure excellent clinical results and patient care
• Operational Effectiveness : Oversee the laboratory's daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective workflow, and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accrediting bodies, and industry standards
• Quality Control : Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct quality control activities, and analyze results to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Laboratory Training and Education : Develop and implement training programs for laboratory personnel to ensure competency and proficiency in laboratory testing and procedures
• Patient Care : Ensure that all laboratory testing is performed safely and efficiently, with results accurately reported and communicated to patients and healthcare providers
