We’re seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager / Laboratory Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a high-complexity clinical laboratory specializing in molecular diagnostics, pharmacogenomics (PGx), pathology, and advanced diagnostic testing.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, workflow, and quality assurance programs.Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory standards.Supervise and mentor laboratory personnel while maintaining competency, productivity, and operational excellence.Support assay validation, quality control, proficiency testing, and continuous process improvement.Collaborate with laboratory leadership and pathologists to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.Qualified to serve as a Technical Supervisor under CLIA regulations (preferred).5+ years of experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Experience in molecular diagnostics, PCR, pharmacogenomics (PGx), pathology, or genomics is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing laboratory focused on innovation, quality, and delivering cutting-edge diagnostic services while leading a collaborative team of laboratory professionals.
