JCW is partnering with a leading testing lab to find a hands-on leader for their NYC site. You'll work closely with the General Manager, leading a team of 70+ and playing a direct role in shaping site strategy. Relocation is available for the selected candidate.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a leadership role within a Laboratory setting
- Strong background in Microbiology and/or Molecular testing
- Experience managing large teams (30+ employees) with P&L ownership
- Entrepreneurial, customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
