Opportunity Highlights

• Lead Laboratory and Phlebotomy operations within an acute care hospital environment
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for approximately 75 team members
• Oversee key laboratory services including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology
• Partner directly with executive leadership while driving quality, performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence
• Day shift leadership position

Qualifications

• Recent acute care laboratory leadership experience at the Manager or Supervisor level
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related chemical, physical, or biological science
• Active state Medical Technologist license
• Current American Society for Clinical Pathology certification required
