Take enterprise ownership of laboratory compliance, quality, and point of care testing across a broad primary care network.
Position Highlights
- Lead the enterprise laboratory compliance program across multiple clinic locations
- Manage CLIA certificates, renewals, amendments, testing classifications, and regulatory readiness
- Coordinate laboratory director governance and serve as the organizational liaison for CLIA inspections
- Oversee laboratory quality management, quality control, proficiency testing, competency assessment, and corrective action processes
- Establish and govern standardized point of care testing practices and approved test menus
- Manage reference laboratory and vendor relationships, specimen transport processes, critical value reporting, and service performance
- Build compliance dashboards, analyze quality trends, and drive continuous improvement
Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related laboratory science
- Current MLT, MLS, MT, ASCP, or equivalent nationally recognized laboratory certification
- Five or more years of laboratory experience
- Three or more years of laboratory compliance, CLIA oversight, laboratory quality, accreditation, point of care testing governance, or laboratory operations experience
