Labor Relations Advocate — Recruit, Train & Negotiate

California School Employees Association in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Labor Relations Representative to represent our members in the Field Office. This role recruits, trains and develops members, leads, organizes, and mobilizes for political action, and assists with representational matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to recruit and mobilize volunteers, a bachelor’s degree, relevant organizing experience, and excellent communication skills.
