Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour defense.
- Handling all phases of the litigation lifecycle: drafting substantive motions, conducting research, and managing discovery.
- Representing clients at hearings, depositions, and trials within a collaborative national team structure.
- Engaging in forward-facing client interactions and contributing to the strategic resolution of complex workplace disputes.
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience in labor and employment or general litigation.
- Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
- Base Salary Range: $135,000-$235,000 (Commensurate with experience).
- Eligibility for both subjective (discretionary) and objective (performance-based) bonuses .
