Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Overview

• The role involves working closely with partners on a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour collective actions, class actions, and single plaintiff cases, as well as complex advice matters.
• Responsibilities include managing single-plaintiff cases, playing a substantial role in complex litigation management, collaborating on case strategy and tactics, substantial brief writing, interviewing witnesses, preparing fact presentations for litigated matters, drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, providing increasingly complex employment law advice and counsel, and undertaking substantial trial work as required.
• The individual hired for this position may have the option of electing a lower billable-hours track with a proportional reduction in salary.
