- Experience with Labor and Employment law
- Minimum of 8 years defense litigation experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have portable book of business
- The candidate must possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication and legal analysis skills
- Should have JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are needed
