A premier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔️ Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation
- ✔️ Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
- ✔️ Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions
- ✔️ Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations
- ✔️ Trial experience is a plus but not required
What You Bring:
- ✅ Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- ✅ Active NY Bar license
- ✅ Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
- ✅ Experience in employment law and complex litigation
Compensation & Benefits:
