Position
LHH is partnered with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking an associate attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice in Tampa, Florida . The ideal candidate will have at least three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience .
Responsibilities
- Support a dynamic team that defends matters involving trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims
- Counsel national clients on labor and employment laws and human resources matters
- Assist employers with administrative investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB
Qualifications
- At least three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $205K - $245K , commensurate with experience and credentials
