Labor & Employment Attorney

Overview

• Requires prior employment litigation experience (preferably on the management side), including experience handling single plaintiff employment claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters.
• Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred.
• Role involves drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• Requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• The firm is also interested in candidates with substantive litigation experience in other arenas who demonstrate an interest in labor and employment law.
• This is a hybrid role.
