She Recruits is partnering with a nationally respected labor & employment law firm seeking a Kentucky-barred employment attorney for a fully remote role within its distributed litigation team.
This position is ideal for an attorney who wants strong casework, meaningful client exposure, and autonomy - without the pressure of business development.
What You'll Handle

• Defense of single-plaintiff employment litigation
• EEOC, state agency, and administrative charge responses
• EPLI-covered matters
• Drafting dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and settlement analysis
• Client counseling on risk management and compliance
• Court appearances (as needed in Kentucky)

Track Options
Counsel (Mid-Level):

• 5-7+ years employment litigation
• 1,500 billable hours
• Limited deposition expectations
• Mostly remote litigation management

Special Counsel (Senior-Level):

• 8+ years experience
• 1,750-1,850 billable hours
• Deposition and hearing leadership
• Oversight of junior associates
