- Manage full litigation lifecycle
- EPLI and single-plaintiff matters
- Depositions, hearings, mediations
- Supervise junior attorneys
- Strategic case leadership
- 8+ years employment litigation
- Texas Bar admission
- Law firm experience required
- $185K-$200K base
- 10% bonus
- Unlimited PTO
- No BD requirement
