The Role

Projected Salary: $130K-$165K + 10% Bonus
She Recruits is partnering with a nationally recognized labor & employment law firm seeking a California-barred Virtual Office Attorney to join its remote litigation team.
The Role
- Manage EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment matters
- Handle EEOC, DOL, and state agency charges
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Collaborate within a distributed litigation team
- No in-person deposition or hearing expectations
- 5+ years employment litigation experience
- CA Bar admission in good standing
- Strong writing and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote structure
- 1,500 billable hours
- No business development
- Unlimited PTO
