Duties

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar and good standing.
• Expertise in labor and employment law, including policy counseling and compliance.
• Experience in employment litigation, including discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
• Advanced legal research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and arguing motions and litigation documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize deadlines.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment, particularly in labor and employment practice, is preferred.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
