Title: Labor And Employment Attorney
Location: Tampa, FL
Base Salary: $160,000 -$180,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Firm:
A specialist employment law practice advising employers on litigation, workplace compliance and complex employment disputes. The firm represents corporate clients across multiple sectors, combining litigation defence with practical advice on employment-related risks and obligations.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of employment litigation experience.
- Active Florida Bar admission required.
- Experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery and preparing substantive motions.
- Familiarity with depositions and employment litigation procedures.
- Experience with class-action defence, retaliation claims or workplace compliance is advantageous.
- Strong legal research, writing and organisational skills.
